cannabinoid derived from hemp that was recently made legal with the
passage of the Farm Bill in 2018. Longer lasting yet slightly less potent or
intoxicating than delta 9, delta 8 has been described as some as being
less paranoiac and debilitating than delta 9, with less of a "head high"
while still having a relaxing effect on the body. Delta 8 is made by
isomerizing CBD extracted from hemp using acid reagents - citric acid in
the case of ours.
