Glaucine is a natural disassociative psychedelic with a long history of use. It is extracted from the yellow horned poppy and has a quinoline structure, but lacks any activity at the opioid receptors. As such, it doesnt cause dependence or depress the breathing as opioids do. Instead, it is a PDE4 inhibitor, a dopamine anatagonist, and most interestingly, a 5ht2a positive allosteric modulator, which is the source of its visually hallucinogenic and psychedelic properties.

For experienced psychonauts only. Consider Space Dust instead, particularly if youve never had glaucine before, as Space Dust is glaucine-heavy but still kinder and more forgiving than pure glaucine, with less nausea.
